Okay, this strikes me as kind of funny, and a little gross. The "As Seen on TV" Conair ProColor Accents Brush-On Temporary Hair Color Kit. Brush-On? Though my memories of that decade were fuzzy I'm getting visions of things like flashdance, crimping irons, and legwarmers. Maybe they have a few neon or day-glo in that palette o' colors they provide with the brush-on tool.
