Special wallpaper stops people stealing your Wi-Fi

wifi-wallpaper.jpg

If you've ever noticed that your internet connection is a little slower than usual, it might be that someone else is using it without you knowing. How rude!

Well now a new kind of wallpaper technology could ensure no one will EVER be able to steal your Wi-Fi ever again. Researchers at the Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble (INP) have been working on the new paper that successfully blocks out certain electromagnetic wave frequencies, which means your Wi-Fi will be secure, but your mobile signal won't be affected at all.

The wallpaper isn't available quite yet, but check out Ahlstrom.com for more information about how the clever tech works.
