Facebook paints a 42ft QR code to the roof of its headquarters

We all know the team at Facebook like to be a little bit quirky, what with their flip flops and silly business cards! But today those crazy kids at the social network's HQ have gone one step further and painted a HUGE 42ft QR code to the top of their roof...

According to Like Cool the QR code would open the new Facebook QR Code page if someone were high enough to scan it with their mobile phones from a helicopter or plane.

We're not sure it's particularly useful, but it is a pretty cool stunt!
