Is this the world's smallest digital camera?

We've come across pretty compact cameras before, but look at this INSANELY small device from Hammacher Schlemmer which I think it's safe to say is the world's smallest digital camera!

Despite its size the teeny tiny camera can actually take 2MP images at 1600 X 1200 resolution, as well as record AVI video at 30 frames per second. You can send everything over to your computer via USB, which is also how you charge up its battery.

Now although it's very cute, we're not really sure what you'd use the camera for and the novelty of fiddling around with such a tiny device would probably wear off very quickly.

Available from Hammacher Schlemmer for $100.
