DaisyDisk helps you to visualise your disk space
It can be hard to understand just how much disk space certain files or programs are taking up on your computer and how they compare with everything else.
This is where data visualisation tool DaisyDisk steps in. This handy little Mac app scans your disk space and shows you in a bright and easy-to-understand graphic just how much room certain things are taking up.
I'm sure some people would prefer to compare figures in a long list, but I know plenty of others (myself included), tend to digest information much easier when its laid out in a simple visualisation. This is probably the reason why so many infographics are made everyday and why visualisation genius David McCandless of Information is Beautiful continues to go from strength to strength.
