AMMI does your grocery shopping for you

ammi-shopping.jpg

Do you ever get the feeling that, like in the movie iRobot, our gadgets are increasingly taking over the roles human beings play in our day to day activities? We felt this strongly today when we read about the AMMI (Automated Mobile Marketing Intelligence) system which basically does your grocery shopping for you.

There are many stores which allow you to order online one day and have your food delivered the next, but the AMMI wipes out the need for anyone to pack your bags and drive your food out to you at all. Simply shop online and AMMI somehow nips off to the store to collect all your items and brings them all back safe and sound.

We've no idea how it'd works or if it'd be a reliable system, but the plus sides of the AMMI are that it'd make it much easier for people who are living with disabilities to get food whenever they need it, or busy families who could really do with an extra pair of hands, or wheels!
