Skin of Mine app monitors skin conditions

An iPhone application called Skin of Mine aims to help users monitor skin conditions by answering questions about their problems and getting them to regularly upload photos if their conditions escalate.

It's a fantastic concept as the media has recently been full of stories about people who have failed to pay attention to their skin and ended up with serious problems. I'm a little sceptical about whether uploading photos and filling in questionnaires will ever beat a normal trip to your local surgery or hospital, but for those who for some reason can't travel or want an immediate diagnosis, it could quite literally be a lifesaver.
