Holiday Gift List Challenge- Last Last Minute Gift Cards, Win $100 GC

It's Christmas Eve and you may be thinking of giving up getting everyone on your list gifts, since even the 7-11 is closed. You're thinking of headed to your family's holiday celebration with apologies and IOUs. Don''t give up! There's still a way to get gifts- and on time! A few weeks ago, I took the American Express Gifting Quiz on Facebook and found out that I was a "creative gifter". It's true, normally I plan way in advance and try to get the gifts no one else has bought. But I have a baby, and a crazy work schedule, and so I took the test again a few days ago and of course, I had become a "last minute gifter".

I had the best intentions, of course, but time has slipped away and there are still a few gifts I need to buy. My idea had been to shop for everything online, and then it got to the point where shipping would take too long and so like many other "last minute gifters" I was going to make a last dash to the mall. But my baby is teething and miserable, and there was no way he was going to make it through an angry mob of Christmas Eve shoppers. So what's the solution?
Gift Cards! If you use your Membership Rewards from American Express, you can get gift cards from dozens of incredible stores. The best part is, you can get e-certificates from many of the best stores. You can email the gift certificate directly to the gift recipient, or you can make the presentation a bit nicer by emailing the e-certificate to yourself, printing it out and putting it in a beautiful card (some grocery stores will be open tomorrow). The way to make this seem not so last minute is to make sure you get the right gift card. So many gifts are returned or exchanged anyway- this is really just as good (on Christmas Eve, certainly).
American Express has a great selection of gift cards you can have emailed almost instantly.
For the online gamer there are cards for Youville, Frontierville, Cafe World, and Farmville, or any game by Zynga. You can get cards for FTD.com, Home Depot, Gap, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Red Door Spa, and Bath and Body Works.
What I'm buying: For my sister and husband, I am getting Banana Republic Cards- two $100 cards for each of them, for a total of 40,000 points. For my niece, cards from Barnes and Noble and Williams Sonoma, for $100 and $250, for 35,000 points.
Guess what? I'm done! I definitely would have preferred getting them very personalized gifts by spending time really exploring, but that's life. Next year, my toddler should be very happy to spend Christmas Eve at the mall.
We're also giving away a $100 American Express Gift Card. How to win?
