I'm not much of a kite flyer (I think I've done it once, a long time ago) but it does seem like a stress-relieving activity. Which may be why Amazon is selling mini kite kits - pop one in your bag for windy days and then nip out of the office at lunchtime and have some fun! (Or pack it in your "entertaining the kids" kit for future use, if you're a mom/dad/grandparent/babysitter).
