Internet Explorer 8.0 is here. Whoopee?

Microsoft has announced the public release of Internet Explorer 8.0, which it claims is faster, safer, slicker, and better in every way. Astonishing.

Ars Technica loves it. PC World, not so much.

Yawn. I'm a Firefox myself.
