As much as I'm a sucker for a rhyming product name, I'm saving my excitement over the Down Low Glow for its ability to keep cyclists safe at night. I see far too many people riding around without glow-in-the-dark clothing or any kind of bike light, and I always think how dangerous that must be.

Hopefully those people will think about investing in this piece of kit, which is a neon tube which attaches to the bottom of a bike's frame and throws out a bright light (in a color of your choosing) in all directions. It costs $109.
