This has "Christmas Gift" stamped all over it. The Nextar folio digital photo frame has a nice, 3.5” LCD TFT screen, so you don't have to squint to see Jimmy make that soccer goal, but still fits easily in your purse or briefcase. (They also suggest putting it in your pocket, but I couldn't fit it in my jeans pocket.) When folded, the digital frame folio is a compact 3.5” x 2.75” x 0.5”.

Constructed of a metal frame covered with a handsome black leather cover, the Nextar folio is easy to casually flip out and show off. The 320x240 JPEG images can be shown as either a slideshow presentation or individually.

With both built-in memory (128MB or 256MB) and a flash card slot supporting SD, MMC, or MS cards, the unit has plenty of storage capacity. Comes with a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery and an AC adapter.

Just in time for Christmas lists, the N3-506 with 256MB of built-in memory will retail for $69.99, and the 128MB for slightly less, later this month at various retailers.
