Even though this charging stand for the Nintendo DS Lite does nothing that the AC adapter included with the handheld gaming system can't do, it's still something I find mildly appealing. Gadget docks of any kind, regardless of their function, are always high on my accessory priority list because I adore giving my electronics a home of their own. They're vain creatures, those gadgets, so I know they don't appreciate laying flat on their backs/faces, plugged into some dangly-tangly power cord.

This DS Lite charging stand ($16.90), for example, sets the unit at an eye-catching angle that not only appeals to the DS's vanity but also makes picking it up after the battery is charged quick and easy. No more sliding its backside along the table to push it into your palm!
