Mini cube speaker and cell phone strap

mini-strapya-speaker.jpg

In my opinion, a cell phone without a hole for a cell phone strap is like a car without a cup holder. Whether it's an oversight or a deliberate decision that certain phones (like the iPhone) are just too high class to be worn around your neck or to be adorned with silly cell phone charms, I'm always a little peeved when this convenient feature is missing.

Among the many cell phone straps and charms out there for both kids and grownups is this wooden mini cube speaker from Strapya, the ultimate marketplace for fun cell phone accessories. This charm, which sells for $48, serves as both decoration and on-the-go speaker for cell phones, MP3 players, and PSP. It charges through USB and runs for about 5 hours on a full charge. I can't vouch for sound quality (but at $48, I'd be a little disappointed if it weren't at least serviceable).
