Panasonic AeroSpin - Cyclonic, bagless vacuum

If your house looks like a cyclone hit it -- a mixture of wrapping paper shreds, candy cane wrappers and dust bunnies the size of a VW -- you may like the AeroSpin from Panasonic. This Jetson-sounding vacuum combines new technology to make cleaning easier and more effective. (Until I have a household robot to do all the vacuuming, it won't be easy enough.) Take a look at this video of how it works.
Both the MC-UL675 (priced at $250) and the MC-UL671 (priced at $200) models are equipped with a powerful 12 amp motor, an anti-static dirt cup which prevents dirt from clinging to the sides of the cup, and a cord-activated filter cleaning system (as soon as the vacuum is plugged in, the filter spins to keep trapped dirt from clogging the filter). The MC-UL675 also includes dirt sensor technology - a series of lights which indicate when dirt is detected and when an area is finished cleaning. Both models include attachments designed to efficiently clean any surface, including hard-to-reach dust bunnies. Available directly from Panasonic as well as Amazon.
To help you kick off the New Year with a clean start, Popgadget is giving away one of these technological wonders, the AeroSpin model MC-UL675. Just make sure you're signed up for our newsletter so you can qualify.
