Vibrating Bluetooth Bracelet
My cell phone is usually buried deep somewhere in my handbag, or worse, in my backpack, and when I put it into my coat pockets the fabrics are thick enough to muffle both sound and vibration. Bottom line, I never hear my cell phone ring, especially when I'm outside, or in a loud environment. I could very much use this vibrating Bluetooth bracelet, except that apparently it only alerts you of incoming calls when your mobile is more than 5 meters away. Bummer.
Should you still be interested, the bracelet is available for £23.50 (approx. $48) at NetPC Direct.

I beleive you might be slightly mistaken. When its paired, it alerts you if the bracelet and mobile get more than 5 meters apart. Now if we could use it to talk this nifty little thing would be just perfect.
