Realizing that Space Invaders is celebrating its 30th anniversary makes me feel old (and therefore not at all chippery), but finding out that Taito, the Japanese company behind the game, decided to celebrate it by launching a collection of Space Invaders themed bags and related accessories, made me feel a little better. At least until I figured out that the bags apparently are sold only in Japan - then I went back to my northern light-deprivation caused depression.
