As it turns out Sweden is not just IKEA and H&M; I have just discovered another IKEA-like furniture store called MIO, though I don’t think that the franchise has been exported outside Swedish borders yet.

At MIO you can purchase Kalle, a foldable chair that caught my attention, because of its “different” design, different from that of most folding chairs. Once unfolded, Kalle actually looks like a regular chair and it looks fairly comfortable as well.

Available at MIO stores throughout Sweden for roughly € 20.- to € 25.- depending on the type of wood.
