If you don't have kids, you might have missed this post about Momspit over at Babygadget. It took me a second to figure out why anyone would name a personal cleaning product with the word "spit" in it. Here's the lovely description: "Momspit (inspired by the original) is the universal no-rinse cleanser. It’s not a sanitizer and does not contain any alcohol." I'm not sure of the benefit if it doesn't sanitize (just as good as water?), though I suppose it has to be better than the real thing.

It's $9 for 2 ounces, or $18 for 7 ounces of this yucky product.
