Black Hole Phone Bag

I'm not sure who this "Black Hole" phone bag - which promises to cut connection to the network so you don't receive any calls - is designed for. Folks who can't figure out how to simply turn their phone off? With 2 slots, a normal slot and the signal blocking slot, I can just see myself habitually putting it in the signal blocking slot. Oops!
