A holiday Vespa: To you, from GAP

gap-vespa.png

GAP as a brand has been very distracting to me for the past several years. Most recently the crazy neon-powered stripes that decorate GAP storefronts look a lot like American Apparel rip-offs. However, making the most of the crazy neon stripes, GAP has teamed up with Yahoo to sponsor a holiday-themed contest. Create a video greeting and enter to win one of three 2007 Limited Edition Vespa LX 50 motor scooters in a custom Crazy Stripe design by Gap. Each striped scooter retails for $5,999.

Here's how it goes:
1. You visit this site and create and upload a video greeting,
2. Check "WIn a Vespa Contest" box to register,
3. Register for the contest.

Video greetings must be submitted by December 12th, 2007 and votes must be cast for your favorites by December 16th, 2007.

Entries will be judged based on:
a) have the best audience appeal,
b) be the most creative, and
c) be the most original, will win one of three (3) 2007 Limited Edition Vespa LX 50 in a custom "Crazy Stripe" design by Gap.

See Official Rules for details. If you submit one of the top three, you'll be a winner!!!
