Audio Technica’s foldable speakers

foldable-speakers.jpg

Remember the numerous times you wondered why nobody thought of making mp3 players with built-in speakers? Or wished for really hassle-free speakers that you could carry and use anywhere? Even if you are in the small minority that answered "no", never mind – you will still love (and find use for) these foldable and really compact speakers from Audio Technica.

The speakers have been designed for any mp3 player with a standard audio jack and are tiny enough to fit into your pocket. The other bonus being, they don’t use batteries as they work off the power from the mp3 player itself. A completely low-maintenance travel companion. For me, the orange color is simply a great energy booster. Get yours from the MoMA store for $28.

The orange speakers are definitely cool! I see how I can use these speakers but ultimately it is the sound test that will decide if I want one. At this price range, I am not convinced the quality is there.
