Teeny tiny baby grand

tinypiano2.jpg
On the list of the world's most useless things, a 7 lb. grand piano just might win the grand prize for inutility, but somehow that doesn't stop me from kind of wanting this ridiculous Hello Kitty Baby Grand. Just take a look at in in action:

In its defense, although the tiny keys (maybe even all 88) are playable, the piano is mostly an automatic player- there are 100 jazz and classical tunes built in, and there is SD expansion, although I'm not sure if that's for recording your miniature tunes, or expanding the player's song choices. How stupid and amazing would it be to have your friends gather around this thing while it plays some karaoke classics?

This Tomy toy will be available in Japan in the fall, for about $550.
