Sushi magnets
A few years ago, I bought a cute set of food-shaped magnets (Christmas cookies) as part of a rather weak attempt at holiday decorating. I put them up after Thanksgiving and, of course, never took them down. I need magnets to stick stuff on the fridge at home and on the filing cabinet at work year round, after all. Unfortunately, Christmas wreaths and stockings look quite out of place in the middle of the summer.
Sushi, on the other hand, is obviously perfect for any time of year. This pack of magnets is fresh from Japan and contains 1.2-inch plastic replicas of six of the most popular sushi varieties: ebi (shrimp), tamago (egg), ikura (salmon roe), ika (squid), toro (bluefin tuna), kanpachi (yellowfin tuna).

Available now for $8 from Digital World Tokyo.
