Millipod Micro-Tripod

millipod.jpg

No matter how small a tripod is, I think of it as yet another another thing I have to carry around that takes up space. In short, it usually gets left behind and I find myself perching my camera precariously on tree stumps and rocks and fences. This ingenius, miniature tripod from camera accessories maker Always-On solves this problem because the Millipod attaches to the bottom of your camera through the tripod socket and stays there. When you need it, you pop out the legs of the tripod, which tilts like a traditional tripod. And because this little gadget rotates, you don't even need to remove it to access your battery compartment or memory card slot.
