Celi cell phone purse for the minimalist

I can no longer walk out the door with a bit of cash and keys in my pocket, since I always need my cell phone. This means I'm usually carrying a bag of some sort, especially during the summer when there's no reason to have a jacket with extra pockets. (How do men manage without a handbag?)
The Celi is essentially a cell phone case with a little extra space for other purse essentials like keys and money and credit cards. You can carry this small handbag in four different ways: as a clutch, on your belt (hmm, not for me, too much like a fanny pack), clipped to another larger bag, or on your shoulder. It comes in eighteen different colors and patterns, all made of Turkish leather, and sells for $60 (or $65 for the textured patterns).
So, seriously, how do men manage during the warmer months without a handbag (those of you who don't get away with throwing your extra things in your wife's or girlfriend's handbag, that is)?

You know, if clothing manufacturers would make women's pockets a bit larger, we wouldn't have this problem. Women's pockets are tiny, especially compared to men's. It's a small pet peeve of mine. It's incredible how much stuff my husband can cram in his pockets (wallet, keys, treo, sunglasses, pens, papers, change, etc).
I like bags, but I hate being forced to carry one sometimes.
