Sleep like an astronaut with Twilight Ultra BLue Light Sleep Therapy

You’ve read about NASA tests using blue-light therapy to improve sleep patterns? Although you may not be taking a trip to Mars, the technolgy is applicable to even earth-bound humans.
The folks at Verilux have developed a mini TwiLight Ultra Blue Light Sleep Therapy System based on the NASAresearch, which is supposed to set your Circadian rhythms, resulting in a more restful sleep. I'm into my first week with the gadget and unless it's the placebo effect, I do find myself falling asleep more easily. The blue light is soothing, sort of approximating soft moonlight.
They recommend turning on the soothing blue light for 30 minutes in the evening, and claim that the precise 460nm light will help you establish normal, healthy sleep pattern by resetting your internal clock.
Casey from the company suggests that "if you use it in the morning, it will also work to regulate the other side of your Circadian rhythm."
With it's Flicker Elimination Technology, it provides no-buzz operation and instant-on, flicker-free illumination. They say that young children and infants can also benefit from bathing their bedroom in the soft glow of blue light prior to falling asleep. And, since the TwiLight System remains cool to the touch, it’s safe to use.

At the risk of sounding like a spammer there is an alternative aid for sleeping that can improve sleep quality and relieve muscle tension that would be benificial in conjunction with this unique light. I invented the SquidFace and ComfyRest pillows to relieve pain from my herniated neck disk. Additional benefits give me better sound sleep on my back and side. It works well on a desk for a quick power nap. The many additional pain relief benefits are on my website. Hopefully it may help you. www.SquidFace.com
