Elecom rose earbuds are blooming in Japan

I remember a simpler time when earbuds were just something to plug into your MP3 player. Now, thanks in large part to Japanese company Elecom, they've become fashion statements.
Take these newly released Rose Ear Drops, for example. With a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz and silicone rubber ends that fit snugly into the ear canal for optimal sound isolation, these earphones are not content with just making your music sound good. They want to make you look good, too. Pop in a pair of EHP-AIN40 or EHP-AIN50 models and you've adorned your ears with roses in bud form or full bloom, respectively.
Each pair is only about $26, so you can get them in all six colors (white, peach, red, blue, purple, and black) and easily take color coordination to new heights. Available exclusively in Japan in sizes small, medium, and large (where do you go to get your ear canal measured?).
