We've seen wooden keyboards and mice before, but a new company, Wood Contour, is making a custom built desktop computer made from a single piece of hardwood. You don't have to worry about deforestation, as the company says the lumber comes from forests that are responsibly managed. or so they say. It'll cost you though....for a 17" monitor, expect to pay $395. The solid wood wireless mouse is $149 and you pick from several types of wood, such as cherry or maple.

The set of dusty library books and smoking jacket is extra.
