Mobibike powered by Bio-Ethanol

mobibike%20blue.jpg

The lightweight MobiBike from UK company MobiSurf Ltd, when stripped of its motor, looks just like a regular hybrid bike. The 26-inch wheels, designed for both urban and off-road riding, can handle the weight of the motor, and the frame folds up nicely for transporting in your car or on the train. The motor, which uses Bio-Ethanal, an environment-friendly fuel, assists up to 30 mph, and runs 150 miles per gallon.

It's availalble in the UK for €1799 -- no distributors in the U.S. as yet, but the company has told me that they'll ship anywhere.
