Remember the Renault Twingo concept car they teased us with last year? It's going to become a reality in early 2007.

The new three-door model features frameless windows and an integrated "glasshouse" where the windshield flows into the roof. Powering the Twingo concept is a small turbo-charged engine displacing 1.2L and develops 100hp.

Unlike the showy concept car, the production version will be more practical, while still keeping the four bucket seat layout . But it's the center console we're excited about, with the dock for an MP3 player or PDA, the USB connection, and the speedo and tacho are also placed here. And where would we be without the television, internet connection and an in-car PC.

No word yet on how much the Twingo will cost or where it will be available, but we'll keep you posted.
