Meet Pandapple, the new Sanrio character that came out in September. Though he looks like a panda-apple hybrid, he's a purebred panda wearing an apple hat.

Pandapple loves everything apple and his best friend is a caterpillar named Imomushi. Born in Shanghai, this mischievous, cheefrul panda moved to Southern California to live on a fruit farm, and his life goal is to grow the world's biggest apple.

The initial set of products for this character don't include iPod cases or digital cameras, but it's just a matter of time.
