Nokia HS-13W Wireless Image Headset
I really like the idea of having a Bluetooth wireless headset when I use my mobile telephone, but oftentimes the headsets that are available on the market are a bit too “commando” style for my taste. I prefer something more discreet that won't broadcast to the whole world, “Look, I’m talking on my Bluetooth headset!” Not only would I look like I’m conversing with Captain Kirk, but there’s also no way for me to screen calls other than by digging out the phone to see who’s calling.
The Nokia HS-13W Wireless Image Headset offers something discreet plus more. A small earbud serves as the headset, and it comes with a miniature-sized screen that you can wear around your neck like a necklace.
The Wireless Image Headset offers outstanding 128 x 128-pixel 4,096-color display. You can view text or images, one by one, or as a slide show. It shows your phonebook, or caller ID information, so you can see who’s calling you before answering the phone. The phonebook can store up to 250 entries using the five-way joystick, and add or edit names and numbers with the simple text editor. You can select a name to make a call, or dial by using Nokia’s Speaker-Independent voice dialing command, which incidentally recognizes up to 10 different users for one headset.
With this wireless image headset, you can make it to look as subtle or as striking as you want it to be. Priced at $299.95.
