Miracle Noodles

I've never been good at counting calories, not because I don't care about what or how much I'm eating and where it ultimately settles on my body, but because calorie information (along with most other nutritional facts) just doesn't stick with me. Of course, I understand the basics: a medium-sized brownie is more fattening than a medium-sized banana, fried foods are bad, and all real foods -- even cotton candy -- have calories.
There are some surreal foods, though, that have no calories. For instance, these Miracle Noodles found by the Hungry Girl have exactly ZERO calories. Why? They're made of pure fiber (yam flour). The Hungry Girl reports that they taste like they have no calories.
I wonder how they would be mixed with cream sauce and topped with a few inches of shaved parmesan.
