The Pet Loo

It seems that dogs, unlike cats, can't be trained to use the toilet. What do you do if you live in an apartment and can't bring your dog out as often as you need to? The Pet Loo, which looks similar to the PetAPotty that Mia once wrote about, was invented to solve this problem. A layer of porous, synthetic grass hides a concave surface that drains urine into the receptacle below. The receptacle can be easily removed for emptying, and you only have to pour warm water over the grass to clean it. If your doggy decides to poop onto the Pet Loo, just scoop it off - the grass can be hosed down if necessary. The Pet Loo site has tips on training your dog to use it.
The Pet Loo seems to be widely available in Australia but harder to find elsewhere; online, it's available from Critter Cottage (which also stocks the Litter Kwitter for cats).
