All Terrain Money Belt: keeping your bills stashed
For the intrepid traveller, worrying about pickpockets is a fairly common concern. The usual admonishments about keeping track of your personal belongings and staying alert in unfamiliar surroundings apply. But things like fanny packs, small pouches worn under the shirt, and hiding money in shoes all seem awfully desperate, don't they?
Which is why the All Terrain Money Belt by Eagle Creek seems so cool. Granted the style just screams "traveller abroad," but in theory, being able to stash cash in your belt is a genius way to keep valuables near without looking too much like a doofus, and with this in mind the ATMB delivers. With a slim zippered compartment hidden on the inside, you can be sure this won't be the first place for would be muggers to look. And though the belt buckle design leaves a little more to be desired, if you're backpacking or travelling, at least the ATMB won't clash too heavily with your sneakers and t-shirts. Plus you get to choose from four very neutral and easy to match to colors. No flourescent pink or screaming yellow in sight...

I have had one of these for about 10 years - the same one - and worn it several times a week. I've never had need to use the hidden money pocket, but it's a heck of a sturdy belt. It still shows no wear and works just the same as the day I bought it. Maybe one of these days I should get a brown one and mix it up a bit.
