Skinny Water

So tell me, what's the skinny on Skinny Water? If the website is to be believed, Skinny Water will suppress your appetite and increase fat burning, with no calories added. Sound too good to be true?
I'm sure it is.
Though free of ephedra, preservatives, and caffeine, Skinny Water contains a special ingredient called Hydroxycitric Acid, otherwise known as “Super CitriMax," a purported appetite suppressant and fat synthesis inhibitor. The idea is that you're supposed to consume a bottle of Skinny 30-60 minutes before each meal, allowing the beverage to get to work. Haha. You know, many dieticians recommend drinking a glass of plain old fat water as a way to do the same thing. (Yeah, proper hydration will work wonders, I hear.) Anyway, with our weight-conscious society always looking for quick shortcuts, it will be interesting to see if Skinny Water takes off.

Ooh la love. I love stuff like this. Everyone seems more hyper aware of weight lately (curves are in, but Nicole Richie skinny is not [even though she's famously thin]).
So let's watch this water - people do love their magical formulas, versus just eating logically and excercising.

It's the placebo effect... I drink stuff with super citramax in it, and I feel more energized, because that's what the bottle says it does. And that's what this water will do.

I buy this water because it has special ingredients I can tell my children and my staff to keep their grubby hands off of it. It makes me feel energized!
