Palm z22 organizer

Most people would say that Apple's iPod was the inspiration for Palm's new organizer, along with the recent tidal wave of white portable gadgets. I disagree. I'm pretty sure that it was the white plastic Alba stereo hi-fi my parents bought me for Christmas in 1987. That aside, the z22 is Palm's most friendly PDA to date. Not feature driven, lacking WiFi and Bluetooth (unlike other models in the range), the z22 is an inexpensive addition to your ever-growing bag of gadgets. Sure, you won't be able to achieve world domination with it, but you'll certainly be able to throw away that dog-eared, scribble-ridden paper diary you have. Weighing only 3.4 oz, the z22 is light and small enough (2.7 x 4.06 x .6in) to travel with you wherever you go. It's also the very first PDA with a 160x160px colour screen available for under $100. A perfect introduction into the fascinating world of PDAs!

34 ounces?? That's over two pounds! My pants would be down around my knees in two steps!

Sorry, that's the weight with the optional lead case. Correction made - thanks!
