Oliso Steam Iron

Oliso's new Steam Iron might just change the way you iron your clothes. It features the Smart Handle which senses your hand as soon as you touch it, and includes the Auto-Lift System which will automatically raise and lower the iron. When you let go of the handle, spacers made of heat-resistant polymers automatically raise the iron to protect the fabric so that you can leave the iron in a horizontal position, even when filling the iron with water and when it's not in use. This stabilizes the iron on the board and minimizes the chance of burns.
Digital fabric controls monitor the temperature for even distribution and auto shut-off feature ensures that you'll never have those unsightly iron burns on your clothes.

The geek in me rejoices in the advanced technology, the cynic just sees more things that will break at inopportune times.

And i'm just thinking: this is amazing, I'd love to have one of those. Then I remember I stopped ironing clothes because I'm too lazy for that.

This is a great iron for anyone who has hand or wrist problems like carpal tunnel or just a sprained wrist. Reduces need to lift and twist the iron to put it down vertically.
