Handy Mandy Drill

Yeah, ok, I guess power drills "don't have to be big, green and ugly" as the tagline says, but I don't necessarily want to use a shiny lavendar power tool either. The problem with power tools painted in pastel, feminine colors is that it just starts looking like toys rather than real tools. It would be one thing if the Handy Mandy were a powerful drill, but based on some reviews I've read, this one doesn't even give off that much power beyond what's necessary for the most basic of tasks.

I would tend to agree. Unless you have a fetish for pastel colored tools (which is totally your business) you should take your $55USD and hit your local Home Depot. You'll get a lot more tool for your money (tee hee!)

At first glance, I thought the "Handy Mandy" (what kind of name is that for a drill anyways??) power drill was some sort of manicure device...
Hmm...I could make my big ugly power drill look cute with a lavander pouffy ribbon. But then my husband would refuse to use it so I won't :-)
