This thing is either the ultimate home manicure tool or just another overblown useless invention. What do you think? The Ultra Nail Wand Clipper & Manicure set has the appearance of a home power tool, with a set of heads and attachments for drilling, grinding, or otherwise obliterating your nails into shape. It really takes nail care to a whole different level - but I'm not entirely sure that's a good thing...
