The Cookie Factory

We had an old version of the Cookie Factory that was given to us by a family member. It sat on top of our kitchen cabinet for years, until one December day, we dusted it off and brought it out of retirement for a Christmas cookie-making party. That thing must have been at least 25 years old! But we tried it out and it was fun and easy. This updated version looks streamlined and easier to push the dough through the shapes. You just add cookie dough in the tube, attach your desired shape, and punch the cookie onto a baking sheet. The result? The perfect little cookie shapes.

Actually, that kind is terrible. The old fashioned screw type cookie presses are far superior. They allow much more control over how much dough you press per cookie, making it easier to get cookies to stick to the pan and look pretty. I just made a double recipe of Spritz with mine last night.

Actually the best kind are the electric cookie guns. Grant it i don't think they make electric ones anymore, which is kinda dumb, cause me and my family can quickly make 50 dozen cookies with our cookie guns.
