DOT-it stick-on LED

I've bought dozens of those literal dim-bulb, stick-on tap lights for my closets and every time they barely light a 2" space around them, plus they're so heavy that the adhesive isn't strong enough so when I move I find a tap light graveyard at the bottom of the junk in my closet. Sylvania's new DOT-it lights are far brighter LEDs (three per DOT-it), plus they're much smaller and lighter, so they should be less prone to falling down on the job. The 3M adhesive is like the kind on the extra-sticky Post-its, so they adhere pretty firmly but can also be removed cleanly and then re-used many times. The DOT-it takes 3 replaceable alkaline AAA batteries, which power up the LEDs for about 100 hours, and the LED themselves will last for years. Like ordinary tap lights, a DOT-it just needs to be pressed in the center to be turned on and off.
DOT-its come in six metallic shades (lime is my favorite) and each is $9.95, including batteries. They'll be available in soon in most mass retailers, and are on sale now from Amazon.
