I love my heels, and have been a devotee of Foot Petals, particularly Tip Toes (which prevent my feet from sliding forward), ever since they became available in Singapore. Here's another alternative that has become available here: Apara gel inserts. They are very similar to Foot Petals in terms of range and functions, but are made of silicone, which could very well provide superior cushioning compared to Foot Petals. They are also more economical; one can only hope that they prove to be just as good (or better).
