Healing Power of Solar Flowers

four-leaf-clover.jpg
My cubicle mate can zap a thriving plant with a mere glance. Last year around this time a family member sent me a Paperwhites bulb kit. Like a knucklehead, I stuck the planter on the ledge connecting (or you could say "separating") our cubicles. You already know the punchline: I leave town unexpectedly, she kills the plants before Christmas, and we've got an awkward cube farmer situation on our hands.

Well, I've found something that I think will save the chlorophyll killer and me some mutual discomfort this holiday season: Takara's solar-powered Flower Cube. The smiley-faced plastic flowers run on ambient light and overhead office light. If you connect a few Flower Cubes together, they'll wave in unison. They're selling at Rocketworld for $7.24 a cube. I just hope she laughs, since I'm not making fun, I'm celebrating her unique talent!

Pretty flowers! For sure they can decorate my office or even my bedroom, I'm going to buy some.
