Whisk thermometer

I was shopping at Crate and Barrel the other day when my partner, who is a chef, freaked out when he saw this whisk thermometer. "Oh my god, this is soooo cool! Why have I never seen this before? I NEED this". He didn't end up getting it that day for some reason, but since then he's called me up from work to exclaim that he really wished he had that whisk thermometer. "I was whisking something and really needed to check the temp, so I had to go find a thermometer which I couldn't find and it was a major pain." Apparently it's really useful if you're whisking things that need to be carefully temperature controlled, like chocolate or sabayons. Now if you don't know what a sabayon is (and really, why would you?), maybe you don't need this whisk, but your chef or cooking enthusiast friends might love this. (Saboyon, by the way, is a foamy sauce mixture often made with wine)
