Rainbow book stand
I'm so geeky that I'm actually getting physical therapy and acupuncture for what is essentially a reading injury. My neck has become permanently a bit twisted from hours spent reading on my side while in bed, trying to support my big head on one hand. I need a Rainbow book stand, which lets you read in any position by holding your book open with its raised and adjustable arms. The included reading lamp assures that you won't have to get out of bed to turn out the light. Not only does the stand make readng a whole lot more comfortable, but it also solves the problem of having the book crash into your face when you start to nod off so you won't risk a concussion while reading Order of the Phoenix.
This appears to be available only in Japan, but sounds like the kind of thing that will appear all over in fairly short order.

I LOVE IT! I have been wishing someone would invent this for over 10 years now. It would be very useful when you are laying in the sun. Or, even in the tub, if there a way to attach.
