Popgadget press - Forbes, Fast Company, Time
Thanks to our devoted, smart readers who keep getting the word out, we've had some great press this summer.
Forbes.com's Best of the Web directory describes Popgadget as a shopping blog with "international scope, nifty products, smart writing." It also sadly points out that we don't have search categories, but this is being remedied as we speak.
In its article "The Gadgeteers", Fast Company (July issue, print and online) selected Popgadget as one of four best gadget blogs that "supply early adopters with quick gizmo fixes and a view of the tech horizon." The other three are Gizmodo, Engadget (no big surprise), and Akibalive.
We also appear in Time.com's 50 Coolest Websites 2005: Blogs in the technology category. Lifehacker was chosen as the coolest technology blog, but readers looking for "the fashion-tech report" were directed to visit Popgadget.
Later in the summer, we'll be appearing on G4TV to talk about some of our favorite gadgets and gift recommendations, including some "best of" items from the last few months of Popgadget.
