Yes, both sides at the same time!
The HydraBrush Ultra, dubbed the automatic car-wash for your teeth, promises to eliminate human error (I beg your pardon?) and to offer proper oral care every time you put it in your mouth.
There's also a HydraBrush Express version that cleans all surfaces of the teeth automatically in 40 seconds or less. In my humble opinion, you really have to be lazy or unconscious about your oral health to trust that double turbo.

Looks cool.....unfortunately it looks from the manual that they have taken the evil Sonicare route and made the thing with a non-replaceable battery. My Sonicare is now an ugly $70 paperweight, as the battery only lasted 6 months, and the case is sealed. Thanks, but no thanks.
