To sit or not to sit: that is the question- female urinals

For years I've heard that's it's healthier to pee sitting or squatting and that men should take a cue from women and take a load off their feet. I'm not sure if this is true or not but a little urination history reveals that men and women have had different urinating positions in different cultures and have exchanged positions over time.
Commercial female urinals have been around for a while including the American Standard Sanistand. There are also many portable ladies travel urinals available.
Regardless, there seems to be a steady stream of continued interest in women's urinals including more recent products like the Lady Loo from GBH of Malaysia which asserts that the Lady-Loo is "uniquely designed for today's woman". The Lady-P, from Dutch maker Sphinx, is another female urinal but I'm not sure if Sphinx still offers it because I couldn't find it on their website and links referencing them are no longer valid.
Still, I wonder if this is for convenience or to hurry things along? Is it in the interest of the individual or is it to help institutions hurry the individuals along.
